Our Purpose To Improve Life.

Few statements are as bold as this, but that’s what drives us each and every day. In fact, improving life is more than our purpose, it’s GRAND’s legacy and contribution to humanity. We are dedicated to improving life by making a long-term, positive generational impact. We want to leverage the mental health industry as a launching pad to change the course of communities around the globe for the better. We are not just saving lives today, which inherently creates its own ripple effect of positivity, we are creating and establishing best practices that prioritize a community’s mental health through innovation, transparency, and a tenacious spirit, encouraging people to live their best lives.

Our Core Values

  • Service Image

    Be Purposeful

We work with focused determination, intentionally improving mental health and wellbeing for all.

  • Service Image

    Be Reliable

We offer a much-needed sense of stability for our clients. We must be trustworthy, accessible, and dependable, doing what we say and believing in what we do.

  • Service Image

    Be Caring

This is at the heart of who we are. It’s in our DNA to consistently show respect, support, and kindness for those we have the privilege to serve.

  • Service Image

    Be Tenacious

We do not give up. We remain persistent and proactive, pushing ourselves to achieve our goals and do better/be better, working to make a difference.

  • Service Image

    Be Transformative

We’re leaders. We pioneer and innovate, creating seismic, meaningful change-for-the-good in mental health care.

Our Pillars

  • Immediate Access Image

    Immediate Access

We know we have a limited window to help someone when they decide to enter treatment. Meeting people when and where they’re at…24/7…saves lives. Period.

  • Quality Care Image

    Quality Care

Our continuum of care is more than simply a treatment plan. It’s providing care across a full spectrum of needs.

  • Least Restrictive Environment Image

    Least Restrictive Environment

Removing barriers to treatment allows clients to recover quicker, also allowing for more days in recovery.

Provide immediate access to quality care in the least restrictive environment. Those are our pillars—our beliefs—and we practice them every day. By looking at the entire person and addressing other healthcare or personal needs they have outside of their mental health diagnosis, we strive to help resolve other issues that may serve as trigger points or barriers, restricting their journey to a better tomorrow.

Our Model of Operation

The G.R.A.N.D. Model (Grand Response Access Network on Demand) is comprised of three key pieces:

  • iPads installed with integrated support access app for instant connection to a mental health professional.
  • Urgent Recovery Centers that provide 24/7 crisis stabilization services.
  • All crisis calls, whether from iPads or phones, are answered by alert, on-site staff at the URC.

Together, these components offer an alternative to inpatient care.

Our Impact

Our evidence-based approach is working and having an impact on our communities.
