GRAND Mental Health Opens New Payne County Urgent Care Recovery Behavioral Health Clinic in Stillwater


GRAND Mental Health celebrated the grand opening of its newest Urgent Care Recovery Behavioral Health Clinic in Stillwater on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The event, held at 998 E Knotts Ave., featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, along with tours of the facility and refreshments for attendees.

The clinic has been designed to provide 24/7 crisis care, offering immediate assistance to anyone in need. Trained crisis professionals are available around the clock to stabilize clients, deliver personalized care, and initiate treatment plans to help individuals achieve a healthy path to recovery.

“We are so thankful to be a part of and have the support of the Stillwater community,” said Josh Cantwell, Chief Executive Officer of GRAND Mental Health. “Our goal is to create a safe space for clients to receive immediate access to mental health services when they need it most.”

The opening event welcomed community members from Stillwater and Payne County, including Oklahoma House Representative Trish Ranson, Stillwater Mayor Will Joyce, Police Department Captain Royce Stephens and Stillwater Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Alane Zannotti, highlighting the strong local support for this essential new resource. The clinic reflects GRAND Mental Health’s commitment to enhancing access to urgent behavioral health care and advancing mental wellness across Oklahoma.
