GRAND Mental Health Celebrates Opening of their New Enhanced Residential Care Facility
On Monday, Nov. 14 from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. GRAND Mental Health will be celebrating the opening of their new GRAND Horizons – Enhanced Residential Care Facility. The event will include tours and refreshments for all attendees and everyone in the Claremore community and surrounding areas are invited to attend.
The new facility will support its residents by providing life skills and mental health services, such as, meals, medication administration, laundry services, exercise programs, transportation, counseling, and social outings and activities with the goal of supporting residents in pursuing a more independent lifestyle.
Horizons can support up to 22 live-in adult clients. There will be a 24/7 care team on-site, including professional medical staff. GRAND will coordinate with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services through a referral system to admit clients into the program.

Horizons will be the fourth Enhanced Residential Care Facility in Oklahoma. GRAND Mental Health looks forward to partnering with the state to support and help all Oklahomans with mental health needs.
