Josh Cantwell Named Chief Executive Officer of GRAND Mental Health

Nov. 20, 2024 (Tulsa, Okla.) –GRAND Mental Health announced Josh Cantwell as its new Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Cantwell is a 20-year veteran of GRAND, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the agency.

Our mission and purpose to improve the quality of life for consumers, communities and each other across Northeastern and Northcentral Oklahoma remains steadfast.”
Cantwell brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having joined GRAND in 2004, and risen to his most recent role as chief operating officer. As COO, Josh guided the day-to-day operations of GRAND Mental Health’s 31 locations in 13 Oklahoma counties. He has been instrumental in the creation of unbridled access to care for individuals in need of mental health services and led GRAND’s successful rebranding efforts. Both a licensed clinical social worker and certified peer recovery support specialist, Cantwell holds a master’s degree in business from Rogers State University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma. He is well positioned to lead GRAND’s future growth and continued mission to improve the lives for those they serve.
